Shipping costs
The shipping costs depend on the value of the order, the type of merchandise (size, weight) the respective country of destination, the carrier and the desired method of payment. Should the actually incurred shipping costs exceed the estimated shipping costs in individual cases, you will be contacted immediately by our service team.
Import Taxes, Customs Duties and Fees / National VAT
The order is delivered excl. VAT. In addition to the calculated 43 Milano Cycles shipping costs customers not living in the EU have to pay the national VAT and duty in their country for the imported goods.
Methods of payment Invoice: With the delivery of your order you will receive an invoice from us indicating the payment terms. You may pay this invoice by bank transfer within the specified payment deadline. Payment by invoice is available to new customers.
Credit card: Our customers can pay by Mastercard, VISA and American Express credit cards. After the transaction is authorized by your bank your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Actual payment will be triggered the day the order is dispatched.
Advance payment: If you pay in advance, you have to transfer the amount directly to the bank account of 43 Milano Cycles Please keep in mind that bank fees to be borne by you might be charged with advance payments (especially from abroad). 43 Milano has to receive the total invoice amount. The bank account number for the transfer will be sent by e-mail. Please note that it is really necesarry to add the order number to the reason of transfer.
DHL Express Worldwide
Express airmail delivery to most major European destinations within 2/4 working days and Worldwide within 7/10 working days. Signature required on delivery. Detailed online tracking information is available. Fast DHL customs clearance for non-EEC destinations. As this is an Express service rates are based on a volumetric calculation rather than the item(s) physical weight. For further details please contact support@43cycles.com
Credit Card Security
We take online security extremely seriously and have taken rigorous precautions to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately.
We don't hold sensitive payment details about our customers. When you input your card details during shopping, the card processor retains all the information about your card and only issues CRC with a unique token identifier. This token then allows us to process the cost of your order against your card. It also allows us to issue refunds or process, for example, backorder charges. We don't have access to your complete card details.
